While I have not personally rented a unit I am a vendor for the complex and it has come a very long way Erin and Melissa are the absolute sweetest and have pleasant attitudes As well as the maintenance guys Paul and Ryan who are also so friendly and make my job as a vendor so much easier then it already is. They give a cozy vibe and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area I would definitely give them a call.

We were looking for places for a family member to move into around the Fayetteville area. We started on a Saturday making phone calls and then short listing down to a few to drive and physically look at. The grounds were well kept and the fitness center was in good order. The leasing staff (Melissa and KeKe) were awesome with information and prompt to call back. They were very flexible as our plans changed 3 times over two days as to when we could tour. In the end, our plans changed, and we did not move to the area but if things change again, this is one property we will still consider.
